Searching by Cause Number
Click on the white box. You will see the blinking cursor at the far left hand side.
Type in the Cause Number, which may also be called a Suit or Case Number. It can be any combination of letters and/or numbers. Do not include any hyphens, slashes, or spaces.
Letters may be entered in either upper or lower case,
the search is not case-sensitive.
Example: The Cause Number "FM12-34567-89" should be entered as FM123456789 or
fm123456789. Click on "GO" to bring up the cause
sequence. If necessary, scroll down to locate the matching respondent name.
Searching by Name
First, be sure to mouse click on the "Name Search" button, then follow the directions
below:
...for Individual - SMITH,BILL A (no space after comma)
...for Business Name - Silver Dollar Publications Inc
...for Individual served through the Secretary of State, Highway Commissioner, Insurance Commissioner or any other state agency

Note: You must enter at least three characters for any name search.
